Not Over Yet LLC (“Not Over Yet,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you complete the consultation questionnaire, we collect your name, email address, primary fitness goal, and any workout or nutrition preferences you choose to share. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand what support you are looking for, and prepare for your consultation.
The questionnaire does not request your current weight, payment details, or health records. Please do not include sensitive medical information in your responses or messages.
How questionnaire information is handled
Successful questionnaire submissions are sent directly to Olivia Colvin by email through the website’s authenticated email service. The website does not save questionnaire answers in a database or browser storage. Olivia’s email service may retain the message as part of ordinary business correspondence.
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the potential coaching relationship, maintain necessary business records, and meet legal obligations.
Google appointment booking
After your questionnaire is sent successfully, you can choose a consultation time through a Google Calendar appointment schedule. Google collects the name, email, appointment selection, and other information you enter into its booking form. Google processes that information under its own privacy terms. The duplicate name and email fields are intentional: Not Over Yet receives your questionnaire first, while Google uses the information you enter there to create and confirm your appointment.
Cookies and website security
The site uses one temporary, strictly necessary session cookie to secure the questionnaire, limit repeated submissions, and protect against automated abuse. It expires when your browsing session ends. We do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or cross-site tracking.
The hosting provider may create standard technical server logs for security and reliability. Not Over Yet does not intentionally add your IP address, browser details, or hidden tracking data to the questionnaire email.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the website, email delivery, and appointment booking, including the website host, email provider, and Google. We do not sell or rent questionnaire information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, Not Over Yet, or others.
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information Olivia has about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion when the information is no longer needed and no legal obligation requires it to be retained. Email ocolvin@icloud.com to make a request.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit information through the questionnaire if you are under 13.
